RunX Professional Specific Terms

Effective date: October 1, 2025

Preamble

These specific terms complement the RunX Terms of Use. They apply to any user with a RunX Professional account. This status allows companies, garages, craftsmen, sellers, or service providers in the automotive sector to use the RunX platform for professional and commercial visibility purposes. Professional subscriptions are not yet available as of the effective date. Activation will occur later, with prior notification to users.

Article 1 – Access and eligibility

  • Provide proof of activity (e.g., SIREN, SIRET, Kbis, professional card, etc.);
  • Be domiciled in a country of the European Union;
  • Accept these specific terms and the general ToU.

RunX may carry out automatic or manual verification and reserves the right to accept or refuse any request, without obligation to justify.

Article 2 – Subscription and billing

  • €10 excl. VAT / month (VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French Tax Code);
  • Payment via Stripe; rolling 30-day duration, auto-renewal;
  • No refunds (service executed immediately); access retained until end of period if canceled;
  • Automatic monthly invoice via Stripe; in case of non-payment, the account is downgraded to Standard.

Article 3 – Visibility and benefits

  • Public profile required; Professional badge;
  • Listed in the RunX business directory; increased visibility in search results;
  • Priority access to support;
  • Future features: advanced statistics, external links, dashboard, etc.

Article 4 – Sponsorship and professional ads

The sponsorship feature is not yet available. Once enabled, each account will have 4 sponsored posts per month (non-cumulative), each sponsored post being highlighted for 7 consecutive days. Ads must comply with the ToU, the RunX charter, and advertising regulations. RunX may refuse or remove any non-compliant advertisement. Additional paid boosts may be offered later. Sponsored content remains the responsibility of the Professional and may carry the “Sponsored” or “Partnership” label in line with legal transparency requirements.

Article 5 – Content and legal obligations

  • Commercial content allowed (promotions, offers, listings, vehicle photos);
  • Comply with applicable laws (VAT-inclusive pricing, mandatory mentions, conditions); no misleading or unlawful content;
  • RunX is not responsible for sales, services, disputes, nor for off-platform transactions;
  • Non-exclusive, free, worldwide license granted to RunX for display and promotion on official channels.

Article 6 – Prohibitions and moderation

  • Prohibited: promotion/sale of stolen vehicles, misleading ads, defamatory/hateful content, illegal activities, content contrary to public order;
  • User reports may lead to internal investigation and removal of content or account.

Article 7 – Responsibility and professional image

  • Exemplary conduct; respect for the RunX charter and image;
  • Honest and non-misleading communication; compliance with sector regulations;
  • RunX may reuse professional posts (photos, logos, texts) for communication on official channels without financial consideration; acceptance constitutes authorization.

Article 8 – Suspension and end of status

  • Grounds: non-payment, fraud, illegal activity, damage to brand image, or other legitimate reasons;
  • Downgrade to Standard account; in case of serious misconduct, possible deletion;
  • Professionals may leave the program at any time by canceling their subscription.

Article 9 – Legal and tax responsibilities

Professionals are solely responsible for complying with their legal, tax, and accounting obligations (invoicing, declarations, commercial compliance). RunX provides no financial, accounting, or legal services and does not guarantee commercial or technical performance. No liability for indirect damages or losses.

Article 10 – Personal data

Data processing related to Professional accounts is carried out in accordance with the RunX Privacy Policy. Professionals have all rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability).

Article 11 – Governing law

These specific terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Saint-Pierre (La Réunion).

RunX Professional Code of Conduct

  • Provide accurate and transparent information;
  • Comply with applicable legislation and standards in the automotive sector;
  • Adopt exemplary and respectful behavior;
  • Maintain honest, clear, and non-misleading communication;
  • Preserve the reputation and values of the RunX community;
  • Cooperate with the RunX team in case of report, investigation, or dispute.
