Effective date: October 1, 2025
These specific terms complement the RunX Terms of Use. They apply to any user with the RunX Ambassador status. This status entails representing, animating, and developing the automotive community on the platform.
RunX reserves the right to accept or refuse any application without obligation to justify. This status does not create any employment, subcontracting or commercial partnership relationship between the Ambassador and RunX.
Event posts are not counted toward the monthly minimum quota.
These benefits are non-contractual and may be modified at any time by RunX.
The sponsorship and promotion feature is not yet available. Upon activation: 4 sponsored posts per month (non-cumulative), each highlighted for 7 consecutive days, compliance with the ToU, the charter and advertising regulations (misleading advertising, Evin law, etc.). RunX may refuse or remove any non-compliant campaign. Paid boosts may be offered later; conditions specified in the RunX Commercial Policy. Sponsored content remains under the Ambassador’s responsibility and may be labeled “Sponsored” or “Partnership”.
RunX may eventually offer an advertising revenue-sharing program for active Ambassadors. The terms (rates, thresholds, calculations) will be defined later and communicated before implementation. No remuneration is due until this program is in force; RunX reserves the right to modify or withdraw it before its effective launch.
Any breach may result in: 1) written warning, 2) formal notice, 3) temporary suspension, 4) definitive revocation of status. In case of serious misconduct, immediate revocation is possible.
Data collected under the Ambassador program is processed in accordance with the RunX Privacy Policy. GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability.
These specific terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Saint-Pierre (La Réunion).
